Vaarun leads the strategic, financial, and operational initiatives of the Group’s hospitality and healthcare verticals. With a strong educational foundation in commerce and management, he brings analytical depth and corporate foresight to the Group's development plans. He has been instrumental in driving portfolio expansion, including the acquisition and successful turnaround of stressed hospitality assets. His focus on brand partnerships, operational efficiency, and scalable growth continues to strengthen the Group’s position in the premium hospitality segment. In 2025, he was also conferred as the Honorary Consul of the Russian Federation in Goa. He is currently focused on new projects and expansion of the business and also overseeing the day-to-day operations which are otherwise professionally managed.
Roana joined the Alcon Victor Group in 2011 as a Junior Engineer. From there she moved to several crucial departments – materials, accounts, finance - ensuring operational exposure in the process. In late 2018, she took on a critical role at Victor Hospital, at a time when the hospital needed a turnaround. She played a pivotal role in revitalizing the hospital's financial health and operational stability. This earned her the position of Executive Director with core focus is Strategic Growth & Modernization. Under her leadership, Victor Hospital has achieved several milestones the latest being Goa's first AI-robotic knee surgery, and South Goa's First Blood Component Centre. She conceptualizes and edits "Health Vogue", a quarterly in-house health magazine by Victor Hospital.
