OVERVIEW
The Anaesthesiology Department at Victor Hospital is a vital, multi-functional unit managed by a team of highly experienced full-time anaesthesiologists. They are available 24×7 to handle all emergency procedures and provide critical support across the hospital.
The department works in close coordination with almost every specialty and is fully equipped with four state-of-the-art Operation Theatres. It also manages the Medical, Surgical, Neurosurgical, and Cardiac Intensive Care Units, as well as the Cardiothoracic Post-Operative Unit.
FUNCTIONS
- Comprehensive Anaesthesia Services – Covering all branches, including Cardiac Anaesthesia, Neuro Anaesthesia, Orthopaedics, Urology, ENT, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Cosmetic Surgery, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, and more.
- Recovery Room – A dedicated 6-bed facility, each bed equipped with ECG, pulse oximetry, and NIBP monitoring for continuous post-operative care.
